We find inspiration in the darkest courses of time or in certain instances of our life. I am a simple person and like all other men am trying to be somebody in this world however the harshness of this world is something that we all have to face in life. I have always tried to breath life into my works for it is the creation of art that binds me to this world of artists and deviants. However time has brought me to a place where I am not only inspired but have managed to create what I have seen and felt with my heart. The heart of an artist is like no other for there exists an eternal fire which overcomes all that it sees. I do not claim to be and artist of that stature but I will keep on creating till I get there. My work is about the Arc Angle Gabriel and also the Arc Amitial in a world which is far from grace.

My journeys over the last months have taught me more then I could have hoped for. From the strips of Vegas to the Queen’s garden outside Buckingham Palace. However I valued the knowledge and experience more then the scenery. I have been in a home away from home in Atlanta, USA where my sisters live, in Manhattan where my fvourite uncel and his warm smile lives and in London where my youngest uncle lives with his wife and his very well behaved son (i was being sarcastic). However despite learning so many things or being with family I never got a chance to live with, its good to be back at home. I can smell the rain when I open my window, buy dvds at the cheapest price possible and most of all get the inspiration to write what I feel with my heart.

Now that my exams are over it is time for me to spread my wings and take flight to greater skies. This summer I intend to do a couple of things that are on my ‘to do list.’ Well first of all I must mention that I am writing this post from Los Angeles and therefore I am very happy with the current internet speed. But enough about that, lets get down to business. This summer I must accomplish certain objectives and they are:
1. Read more novels by great writers, study more of Shakespeare’s plays and improve my writing skills.
2. Read Bangla books so that I can get an A in my Bangla O levels.
3. Now that I am abroad I must explore more places especially catholic churches in London.
4. Play games all night and all day.
5. Design yet another wallpaper in Photoshop that will blow the minds of people.
6. Learn Java and finish the book I bought on it.
7. Learn Maya and finish the book I bought on it.
8. Expand my database of computer knowledge and learn to hack.
9. Start walking and increasing the rate of exercise so that I may obtain good health.
10. Learn about foreign admission systems.
And thats about raps everything up. Wish me luck so that i can get all these things done.
Test Thyself April 30, 2008

Yes, the shroud of exams have dawned upon us once again. Here in Scholastica we are soldiers. Trained to feel no remorse, no sorrow, no joy but only the undesirable state of heart to accomplish our objectives with the highest mission ranking. The syllabus has been given, a death contract. A war will rage on from the end of May till the beginning of June, with out any time to heal our wounds from battle. I fear that many soldiers will not make it for there will be two battles a day. But I am ready no matter what the odds are. I will not sing the anthem for doomed youth. I will fight with pen in one hand and calculator in the other. I will not surrender, I will not die for I will be victorious.

Following the chain of events that has been occurring for the last few months has given birth to a little monster inside me. That monster born of pure rage and hatred is still captive inside the womb of my heart. As the blood flows by, it darkens the essence that flows through my veins. Every fiber of my being has now been poisoned. It will not take much time for the monster to see the light of day. Once it awakens I will have no restraint over it, as a result my actions will be overpowered by that monster and I will be no more. I will turn into that evil being of destruction and will be a far greater threat to the ones I love. I only pray that God will give me enough time to escape to a different place far from the reach of civil. For once The monster awakens there will be no stopping it.
A day to Remember April 19, 2008

A day of memories and fun with friends which I will remember till the end of time. The first day of the Bengali new year has always risen this immense temptation inside me to have fun and get away from everyday life. Thanks to the fair our school held this 17th of April that was possible. This may be the last time I get to have this much fun with friends. Yes a ‘parting of the ways’ will take place in a few months and we will have to leave behind our friends and only take with us the memories.

Thank God I still got it! I was beginning to think that I lost my skills. Because of my studies I really did not get to do anything creative over the past few weeks. I was getting a little rusty at photoshop. I been trying to make something really good but no matter how much time time I spent in front of the screen nothing came to my mind. When I was about to give up, suddenly I was struck with inspiration. Therefore I cooped up a master-piece. I call it The Eye of Rafsan. Uploaded it in my deviantART profile and it seemed to have become quite popular.
The CGI World March 27, 2008

CGI ( Computer Generated Imagery) or more specifically, 3D Computer Graphics. A world we have encountered several times in games or movies but we have never given a thought how this is all created. Well I have and I would like to enlighten you with my esplores. The CGI world is a 3Dimensional world where characters, landscapes and effects are created by means of highly advanced and complicated softwares such as Maya, Lightwave and 3D Studio Max. 3D computer animation combines 3D modeling with programmed movement. Models are constructed out of geometrical vertices, faces, and edges in a true 3D coordinate system. The games that we play with great fun and excitement are the works of long-laboring 3D Animators. It is our fault that we do not appreciate these artists but only the fun of playing games. CGI is used for visual effects because effects are more controllable than other more physically based processes, such as constructing miniatures for effects shots or hiring extras for crowd scenes, and because it allows the creation of images that would not be feasible using any other technology. It can also allow a single artist to produce content without the use of actors, expensive set pieces, or props. Recent accessibility of CGI software and increased computer speeds has allowed individual artists and small companies to produce professional grade films, games, and fine art from their home computers. This has brought about an Internet subculture with its own set of global celebrities, clichés, and technical vocabulary. Developments in CGI technologies are reported each year at SIGGRAPH, an annual conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques, attended each year by tens of thousands of computer professionals. Developers of computer games and 3D video cards strive to achieve the same visual quality on personal computers in real-time as is possible for CGI films and animation. Therefore a new world has emerged right next to ours. We need to appreciate this branch of technology and explore it more.
Take Me Away March 27, 2008

A future as black as the night, a fate worse than even death itself would be to reside in this country and rot my bones away. A promise of education here has no value as there is not going to be any political stability in this country within the next 20 years. Even then there is a slight chance that Bangladesh can redeem its former peace. It is the people ourselves that have destroyed this country and robbed the country of its beauty. Now there is only one hope for me and that is to flee from my mother land. There is still a candle of hope in side me that burns even brighter than the morning sun. I wish to go to a place where I can embrace serenity and study to be a scholar. I hope to go to London, Cambridge this year and take residence there as a student. I dream a better dream, to study with a book in my hand under the shade of a birch in the plane fields of that rich land, then slowly dozing off under the evening sun. Yes all this is possible if only you believe.
