That terrible night, the night of 25th March, 1971 was from then onwards called the ‘Black Night’ in the history of Bangladesh. The streets were stained with blood as bodies piled up one after the another, the shrieks of mothers piercing the air as their husbands and children were massacred by the Pakistani military forces, the distant cries of people fading away and followed by the thunderous sound of shells was a haunting memory that still resides in the hearts of Bagalis today. We may be the new generation but we have not forgotten what has been done to our brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers that day. We stand proud of what they have given their lives for. For a better cause, for a dream of tomorrow. Therefore this Blog has been made by the government of Bangladesh of the horrible genocide that took place that night.

We come into this world for absoultely no reason and we depart from this planet leaving behind a sad imprint of our souls but the only one thing that matters is the bonds that we have between people. There are certain bonds of friendship that we have between people that are unimaginable strong, it binds us, it surrounds us and it flows through us. We are lucky to have friends that care for us and are always by our side when we face the hardships of life. I for one am very gratified towards god that he has given me the opportunity to have met these wonderful people; my friends.  The time that we have spent together is priceless and there is no force on heaven or hell that can take those memories away from us. Therefore I tribute this post and this picture to my friends, whom I might never see again after this summer. It is hard to say good bye but we must all walk our seperate paths.

The Ultimate graphics designing platform, Photoshop. CS2, CS3 or even CS4 (if you can get it) you name it, it can design it. Starting from websites, web banners to real banners and advertisements or even professional logos can be designed in Photoshop in exchange for a little amount of your time. Well, maby not little, it actuall took me nearly five years to harness the actual power of Photoshop. This right here is one of the greatest softwares in the world, use it well and money making can be only a click away. Its that good! I am writing this post to inspire people have a new purpose in life, an aim that they might reach and make lots of money someday.

Booyah! After three months of careful consideration, thinking and exploring I have bought the ultimate computer. The perfect companion that will support me in the hardships of life. When I say the ‘ultimate computer’ I mean the ultimate configuration. Which consists of Thermaltake Powersupply 420W, Quad Core Processor, Abit Motherboard, 4GB Trancend ram, 320GB hardisk space, GeForce 8600 GT graphics card and to back it all up a 19 inch Samsung LCD monitor. All this was worth my entire life savings.

Ofcourse I have’nt bought this amazing piece of machine just to play games, that would be absolutely unfair. As a matter of fact I have bought this because I thought it was time to move on. Though it was hard to say good buy to my former PC and friend but it was time to take my experience in Graphics Designing and 3D Modeling to the next level. I have started to learn Maya and hope to make great games someday which would revolutionize the gaming industry.

A computer is a partner, a friend and a loyal companion which will never divorce you and which will never leave you but will stay with you for the rest of your life. Therefore I vow never to part with my new PC until or unless I get my hands on a Alienware.

The Best NFS Game December 26, 2007

Need For Speed Most Wanted. Of all the NFS games ever made by EA Most Wanted was the best. You don’t believe me? Ok, I will convince you than. First I ask you my friends what is street racing?

Street Racing is the most reckless way imaginable of handling a steering wheel by man on the tracks. If you are not out of control than you are not in control. This game captured the true essence of street racing. Most gamers play games just to finish it but in this game if you do not saveour every race of this heart-pumping, action-packed game than you might never achieve the full potential of Most Wanted.

This game features a number of Bosses or blacklist members. You have to take down each and everyone of them in order to become the Most Wanted street racer. Not only do you get to win races but you have to encounter the police and earn more respect on the streets. Yes you get to mess around with the cops a lot. They even bring in helicopters to take you down, but never let then do that or you will get busted.

Though I flunked in the 2006 WCG NFS tournament, but I did go a lot far than I ever expected. The trick is to always play in manual gear and customize your ride to be the fastest demon on the street. Let me give you some hints, the Corvette, the Dodge Viper and the Lotus Elise are the best cars in the game.

Add all these up and you get the best NFS game ever.

Have fun playing.

All Hail Metal December 22, 2007

If you have a religious side than I suggest you devote your passion to the extreme world of Metal. A genre of music unlike any other. It calms your mind and enables you to reach higher levels of serenity and meditation.
mudvayne.jpg
Mudvayne. The father of all Heavy Metal Bands. An American heavy metal band formed in 1996 by vocalist Chad Gray, guitarist Greg Tribbett, bassist Ryan Martinie and drummer Matthew McDonough. Mudvayne rose to fame in 2000 with their debut album L.D. 50.The lead single from the album, “Dig”, won an award for the Video Music Award by the MTV Video Music Awards in 2001. Trust me their music will enlight you,it will delight you and excite you, its one hundred percent metal, its one hundred percent Mudvayne.
nightwish___once_promo_by_s.jpg
Nightwish. The once great band Nightwish comprised of the best vocalist ever. Tarja Turunen, the woman who created what is today called goth, the voice which she possesed was pure serene power. Nightwish achieved worldwide fame at the release of the albums Oceanborn and Wishmaster in 1998 and 2000. Their biggest U.S. hit single, “Wish I Had an Angel” made it onto three U.S. film soundtracks.

After the departure of Tarja Turunen there was no magic left in the songs of Nightwish. The new Nightwish vocalist, Anette Olzon, is still a rookie. Her songs have no special touch to them, but the girl has potential which I observed in the new hit single “Amaranth”, and the single “Bye Bye Beautiful” from their latest album “Dark Passion Play.”

Within Temptation, along with Nightwish is one of the best Gothic Metal bands in the world right now. Yes lead singer Sharon Den Adel has that special decorative touch to her voice that I mentioned earlier. The combination of Sharon’s powerful, beautiful vocals and the hard-yet-full sound of the rest of the band fuse perfectly making Within Temptation one of best bands ever. Founded by vocalist Sharon and guitarist Robert Westerholt, Within Temptation, from the Netherlands began in 1996. In 2001 Within Temptation became famous with the single “Ice Queen” from the album Mother Earth, which reached position 2 in the charts. Their next album The Silent Force reached first position in the charts. Their latest album, The Heart of Everything, also reached this position immediately.

First there was Bryce 5.5. This software changed my life and opened my eyes to the the 3 dimensional world of modeling, landscape and animating. A software the likes of which I never seen before. It was my first time but at the first click I knew what to do and how to unite as one with this amazing work of art.

After the tragic virus attack I lost my beloved, and came into the darkness. The source of the software was lost and was no where to be found in the markets of this deepshit country.

After I got the Internet and learned the basic arts of downloading I miraculously managed to download myself Bryce 6.0. Finally me and Bryce were reunited once again. I had traveled to the far regions of Bryce and created great works. After the creation of Optimus Prime in Bryce I had exceeded its limits and sadly there was no longer any thing else left for me there.

Than I turned to Maya 8.0. To be considered as one of the greatest 3D modeling and creature creation platform in the world. Yes I am developing my skills in this software, the same software that was used to install the visual effects in Pirates of the Caribbean. I am still below rookie but I swear to go beyond any 3D designer has ever gone before.

The next generation of gaming is here and I am still living In the darkness. The shroud of exams have lifted though. But now I must decide what to buy?

You have your PS3. The PS3 provides gamers with the highest resolution of graphics than any other gaming consul. Looks nice. Has a range of all the games in the market except strategy games like Tiberium Wars or Warcraft and the God of War 3 is going to be released only on the PS3. However the system of installation of games on the platform was’nt actually the wisest decision made by Sony, nor was the two types of PS3, one with the 20GB hard-disk space and the other with the 40GB hard-disk space. Most important of all you will never get the full potential of PS3 unless combined with a HD T.V. which could be a little out of budget.

Than there is the good old Microsoft’s XBOX 360.Extremely flexible; has a range of all the games in the market even some strategy games like Lord of the Rings Battle For Middle Earth and Halo Wars, easy to operate and is a lot cheaper than the PS3. The 360 turned out to be the most popular gaming consul in the rescent history of gaming consuls. Looks cool too.

No offence but I would recommend these for kids but for the big boys I think a nice custom gaming PC will suffice. What I have in mind is a Quad-Core processor and to go with it the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT. The ideal combination of power, performance, and price, SLI™-Ready NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800 GT offers 112 stream processors, a 256-bit frame buffer, standard-setting GeForce 8 Series features, and a strikingly immersive DirectX 10 gaming experience. Ultra-realistic smoke, rain, explosions, lighting, terrain deformation and motion blur enable jealousy-inducing, lightning-fast gameplay in the hottest games, including Crysis, Hellgate: London, Call of Duty 4, and Gears of War. With full support for PCIe 2.0 and featuring second generation NVIDIA PureVideo™ HD engine.

After all the thought I put into this, I think I will go with the PC but still let me know what you think.

I am Just about the luckiest guy in the world. Livin in Dhaka, lovin my girlfriend and enjoying my life. I eat like shit but don’t gain a pound. I like my metal, goth and my sound system big bad and expensive. You can talk about bad ass sound system when you got 4ft speakers from B&W, plus three small ones (two that goes in the back and one in the front), also from B&W. A natural sound sterio amplifier MX-2 and a digital sound field processing amplifier DSP-A3090 ;both courtesy of YAMAHA. To go with all that, a mega sub-woofer form KENWOOD.

I don’t mean to brag but I can’t stop expressing my love for music. You could say that I am a real patron of music.

Besides all that I am a student, and not a bad one either, I got potential and determination. I want to be stinkin rich some day, and when I do I will actually try to do something to benefit the standards of living in Bangladesh. First of all I will make sure that Bangladesh gets a good NET connection and than maby I will do something to help the less fortunate ones.

Been In Scholastica for 12 years and it just keeps getting better. Got some great friends in this school. Recently Scholastica just shifted from EDEXCEL to Cambridge, and I happen to be in the first batch. The System of Cambridge is not that good in Bangladesh but since Scholastica is the best school in the country. It might actually bring a change. I am eagerly awaiting what is instored for me. Whatever it is I will make it work and I will make it work good.

Did I mention that besides being a religious gamer I am also a 3D Animator. Still a rooki I’am afraid but pretty soon I will make my own games that will revolutionize the gaming world. If you want to see some of my works than visit my other blog, right here in wordpress.

I read books and lots of them. My favourite writer is none other than the legendary Mario Puzo. His Omerta, The Scicilian, The Godfather, The Dark Arena are some of the best books of all time. However Harry Potter is’nt that bad. I mean I actually got inspired by reading the last novel. It inspired me to write stories. If you want to read my stories than visit my other blog right here in wordpress.

They say ,”Life, the great mystery, and the great miracle.” But I say,”Live fast, die young and leave a big, fat corpse and always watch the Simpsons.”
